I awoke Sunday morning feeling kinda blah. Then I heard the information that President Joe Biden was dropping out and felt relieved.
Once I thought of Vice President Kamala Harris, I felt excited, pumped up and jazzed! That is simply what Democrats wanted — somebody to unite the occasion and hopefully the nation.
I’ve a suggestion for her rally music when she comes on stage: “Centerfield” by John Fogerty. I went to mattress Sunday evening with a smile on my face buzzing, “Oh, put me in, coach, I’m able to play in the present day …”
