Russia in Dialogue With U.S. on Detained People, Putin Says

Mr. Putin described talks with U.S. officers over two detained People, Evan Gershkovich, a reporter for The Wall Avenue Journal, and Paul Whelan, a former Marine and company government, as “tough.”
