STOCKHOLM: 5 folks have been shot and wounded at a faculty within the central Swedish metropolis of Orebro on Tuesday (Feb 4), police mentioned, including that a big operation was underway and urging folks to keep away from the realm.

“There was a capturing on the college. 4 folks have been shot. The extent of the accidents is unclear. The operation is ongoing,” police mentioned in a press release, updating simply minutes later {that a} fifth individual had been shot.

Photos from the scene confirmed a big police presence with a number of ambulances and emergency autos.

“That is at the moment seen as tried homicide, arson and aggravated weapons offence,” added the police.
