Tonight on SNL, Walton Goggins appeared in a sketch set on the Constitutional Conference, centered on debate over the second modification.
The sketch opens after the primary modification is settled on, with delegate James Austin Johnson questioning what the group would possibly body as “the second most essential precept of our nation.”
“Weapons!” says a personality performed by Goggins.
“Excuse me?” Johnson asks, with Goggins merely repeating himself.
