To the editor: Billionaires mustn’t exist whereas their workers reside off meals stamps (“Does America want billionaires? Billionaires say ‘Sure!,’” July 8). They already don’t pay the identical portion of taxes that their workers do.
Whereas Jeff Bezos and his ilk had been terrorizing a sinking Venice with a show of wealth so egregious that it will make residents of the Capitol in “The Starvation Video games” blush, his workers had been getting their already measly authorities help slashed to assist pay for extra tax cuts for the wealthy.
To everybody complaining about homelessness in L.A.: The tax cash that ought to be serving to these folks is staying put in billionaires’ pockets. The truth that billionaires are solely getting richer will simply make this drawback worse.
