Oscar nominee Anna Kendrick and The Studio star Seth Rogen are in negotiations to star in comedy Infants, which will likely be directed by Lauren Miller Rogen (Like Father) from her unique screenplay.
The synopsis reads: “Battling the choice of whether or not or to not deliver a baby into the world, Annie (Kendrick) and her husband Aaron (Rogen) grow to be on the spot co-parents when their newly-divorced buddy strikes into their dwelling along with her 3-year-old.”
Pic is ready to start manufacturing this November in Los Angeles. AGC and CAA Media Finance will co-rep worldwide rights.
AGC Studios and Monarch Media are set to co-finance and produce the Los Angeles-set modern comedy drama with producer Lylas Photos.
Lylas Photos’ Lauren Miller Rogen and Jen W. Ray, AGC’s Ford, and Monarch’s Barnett will produce, with AGC’s Miguel A. Palos, Jr. and Zach Garrett, Monarch’s Alan Powell and Vicky Patel and Lylas’ Sophie Høegh serving as govt producers.
Lauren Miller Rogen’s credit embody writing, directing and producing the Netflix unique movie Like Father, starring Kristen Bell and Kelsey Grammer, and writing, starring in and producing the indie comedy For A Good Time, Name…, which was launched by Focus Options. She can be hooked up to direct the horror comedy Be Mine with Venture X/Radio Silence for MRC and the motion comedy Sky Dancers for Authentic Movie.
The deal was negotiated by CAA and Fred Toczek on behalf of Lylas Photos, James Ellis for Monarch and by Anant Tamirisa on behalf of AGC.
Lauren Miller Rogen is repped by CAA; Seth Rogen is repped by UTA and Principal Leisure; and Anna Kendrick is repped by CAA and Vary Media Companions.
