Robin Windsor, a preferred former skilled on the BBC‘s Strictly Come Dancing, has died. He was 44.
Manufacturing firm Sisco Leisure, which produces the play he has been starring in, Come What Might, a Moulin Rouge tribute present, didn’t checklist a reason for dying and mentioned “it’s with heavy hearts that we announce the tragic passing of our beloved pal, Robin Windsor.”
“His extraordinary potential to specific emotion via motion captivated audiences, leaving them spellbound with each step,” Sisco wrote on X. “Past his impeccable dancing, Robin’s vibrant spirit lit up the room, infusing rehearsals and performances with infectious power and heat. His laughter was contagious, his kindness boundless. His friendship was a present cherished by all who had the privilege of figuring out him. Robin, you can be deeply missed.”
The assertion added that Come What Might will proceed and Windsor’s “legacy will dwell on.”
Windsor was greatest often called knowledgeable dancer on BBC smash Strictly from 2010 till 2013, partnering with Deborah Meaden, Lisa Riley, Anita Dobson and Patsy Kensit.
He was a preferred member of the staff. Choose Craig Revel Horwood led tributes on X, calling him “one of many kindest, light, sincere, humorous and caring individuals I’ve had the pleasure of figuring out and dealing with.”
“He might be eternally missed,” he added. “My coronary heart goes out to all his household & buddies. RIP darling man, you have been really liked.”
One other former Strictly skilled, James Jordan, added: “I had the pleasure of working with this man for a few years on Strictly – I’ve such fond reminiscences of him. He was at all times very caring and enjoyable to be round.”
