Re: “When Alaska flight 1282’s facet blew open, a mom acted shortly to guard her son” [Jan. 9, A1]:

Appreciation to The Seattle Instances for bringing these terrifying moments within the MAX 9 to life because the Oregon mom and her seatmate labored to avoid wasting her son and her want to make her full expertise identified after Alaska’s preliminary assertion.

Once I noticed The Seattle Instances headline of only a few days in the past, “Over pilots’ objection, Boeing seeks MAX 7 security exemption from FAA” [Jan. 5, A1], I considered their MAX 737. And now this.

I perceive how necessary Boeing is to Seattle’s financial system, nevertheless it’s not simply the planes that want shut examination, it is usually Boeing’s complete management. Hubris can flip lethal.
