Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield is coping with injured ribs and a sore ankle coming off this previous Sunday’s 9-0 win on the Carolina Panthers that clinched the NFC South division title and a house playoff sport for the Buccaneers.

“Obtained somewhat ankle damage fairly early within the (Carolina) sport,” Mayfield informed reporters on Wednesday, as shared by Josh Alper of Professional Soccer Discuss. “A kind of issues, because the week goes on really feel higher and higher. Good rehab work carried out on it, see the way it goes.”

Mayfield first damage his ribs late within the Week 17 residence loss to the New Orleans Saints after which was noticed limping throughout and after the victory at Carolina’s Financial institution of America Stadium.
