The IEEE Ethics and Member Conduct Committee (EMCC) obtained complaints by means of its Ethics Reporting Line in opposition to Mr. Mojtaba Sharif Zadeh [also known as Sharif Zadeh], a member of the IEEE.
Following an EMCC investigation, a listening to board appointed by the IEEE Board of Administrators discovered trigger that Mr. Zadeh violated Part I and Part II, Subsection 8 of the IEEE Code of Ethics, and Part 4 and Part 5e of the IEEE Code of Conduct.
The IEEE Board of Administrators sustained these findings and imposed the sanction of Expulsion from IEEE membership on Mr. Zadeh, in accordance with IEEE Bylaw I-110.5. The IEEE Board of Administrators additionally decided that this notification to the IEEE membership must be made.
