George Pickens is within the last 12 months of his contract, and his new group is unlikely to signal him to an extension at any level within the close to future. The star huge receiver doesn’t sound too involved about that.
Pickens was traded to the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday in trade for a third-round draft decide and late-round decide swap. He held a convention name with the media on Thursday, and one of many questions he was requested was about his contract.
Pickens insisted he’s targeted on “making an attempt to construct a successful tradition” with the Cowboys and never desirous about his contract state of affairs.
“I’m kinda the place my ft are proper now, to be trustworthy. I’m probably not desirous about contract talks,” Pickens stated. “I’m simply glad to be with the Cowboys proper now, making an attempt to construct a successful tradition.”
