EXCLUSIVE: In honor of its fiftieth anniversary and the upcoming 250th anniversary of the US, ABC Information’ Good Morning America has launched a brand new yearlong collection, 50 States in 50 Weeks: America the Stunning.
The weekly collection kicks off on July 3 from Rehoboth Seaside, Delaware, the primary state to affix the Union, and can run via July 2026.
Within the collection, a GMA anchor or correspondent will head out throughout the nation to highlight the folks, locations, and spirit that outline every state. Every week will function a brand new state, following the order through which they joined the U.S., to focus on a neighborhood changemaker and showcase the state’s distinctive tradition, historical past, traditions and landmarks.
