It was uplifting to learn how the Trades Associated Apprenticeship Teaching, or TRAC, helps incarcerated ladies discover significant and life-supporting employment after they’re launched from jail.
Plainly the sort of life-skills coaching program is strictly what is required to resolve, or no less than put a significant dent in, the homelessness epidemic in Washington state. If, as a situation of receiving shelter, meals and well being care from any personal or public company, such people had been required to take part in a TRAC-like program, our homelessness downside might lastly be on the mend.
