IATA requires thorough Azerbaijan Airways crash probe

GENEVA: The Worldwide Air Transport Affiliation referred to as Sunday (Dec 29) for a radical, neutral and clear investigation into the deadly Azerbaijan Airways airplane crash.

IATA stated that if a probe finds the passenger airplane was introduced down by combatants, the perpetrators should be delivered to justice.

The AZAL airplane crashed in Kazakhstan on Wednesday, killing 38 individuals of the 67 individuals on board.

Azerbaijani officers have recommended the plane was hit by a Russian air defence system because it tried to land in Grozny, capital of the Russian republic of Chechnya.

“Our deepest sympathies are with the household and mates of those that have perished,” stated IATA’s director common Willie Walsh.

“Out of respect for the 38 individuals who misplaced their lives and to those that survived, we should discover out why this disaster occurred and take motion to make sure there may be by no means a repeat.
