The Hills of California, the primary new play by Jez Butterworth‘s since his acclaimed The Ferryman in 2017, will open on Broadway this fall, reuniting the playwright with director Sam Mendes.
The Hills of California will start a restricted engagement at Broadway’s Broadhurst Theatre with previews starting Wednesday, September 11, with a gap night time set for Sunday, September 29.

Broadway casting for The Hills of California might be introduced at a later date.
