The Secretary of Homeland Safety, Kristi Noem, is restoring FEMA to its core mission.
Posting on the X platform, Noem mentioned that she had clawed again $59 million despatched by deep state activists inside FEMA, which is below the jurisdiction of DHS, to accommodate unlawful aliens in luxurious New York motels.
“I’ve clawed again the total fee that FEMA deep state activists unilaterally gave to NYC migrant motels,” she wrote.
“FEMA was funding the Roosevelt Resort that serves as a Tren de Aragua base of operations and was used to accommodate Laken Riley’s killer.”

In an announcement on Tuesday, DHS introduced that the Federal Emergency Administration Company’s (FEMA) Chief Monetary Officer, two program analysts, and a grant specialist had all been fired from the division for authorizing the funds.
“Efficient instantly, FEMA is terminating the employment of 4 people for circumventing management to unilaterally make egregious funds for luxurious NYC motels for migrants,” mentioned DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin.
“Underneath President Trump and Secretary Noem’s management, DHS won’t sit idly and permit deep state activists to undermine the need and security of the American individuals,” she added.
The funds have been first found by Elon Musk’s Division of Authorities Effifiency (DOGE) as they expose waste and corruption throughout the federal authorities.
