An NCAA investigation is reportedly underway involving an “unnamed” soccer program allegedly stealing footage from different groups.

The brewing scandal facilities round Catapult, a sports activities efficiency analytics firm that’s extensively used amongst school soccer groups. The Australian firm gives software program used to check recreation and observe footage shared between a group’s gamers and coaches.

Dan Wetzel of Yahoo Sports activities reported Friday that Catapult has confirmed the NCAA’s investigation into the “unauthorized entry” of group footage.

The report added that “no less than one faculty” is being implicated. Michigan, which has been investigated and penalized for alleged sign-stealing this season, shouldn’t be the varsity, per Wetzel.
