Australian police have confirmed {that a} surfer who went lacking was “taken by a shark” after search and rescue groups recovered a surfboard scarred with “chew marks” from the realm of the assault.

Australia’s 7News community stated the sufferer was in chest-deep water about 50 metres (164 ft) from the shore with two different surfers when he was attacked. Police stated the opposite surfers had been unable to do something to assist.
