The issue is what Seattle voters suppose they need. Earlier than the latest Metropolis Council election, they voted for seven of 9 council members who have been 100% in on “defund the police.” Forty-seven p.c of voters voted for a metropolis legal professional who needed to abolish misdemeanor prosecutions (Nicole Thomas-Kennedy). Voters persistently voted for social justice Councilmembers Kshama Sawant, Teresa Mosqueda, Tammy Morales, and so on.
Voters knew precisely what they thought they have been voting for in Pooja Vaddadi. However what they have been truly voting for was chaos within the streets.
