LONDON: A second royal {photograph} issued to the media by Kensington Palace, the workplace of Prince William and his spouse Kate, was digitally altered in eight locations, Reuters stated on Tuesday (Mar 19) after an evaluation of the image by the information organisation’s photograph editors.

The image, launched in April final yr to mark what would have been the 97th birthday of the late Queen Elizabeth, confirmed the previous monarch surrounded by a few of her grandchildren and nice grandchildren.
