Singapore joins international locations world wide in denouncing the lethal Moscow assault.

United Nations secretary-general Antonio Guterres on Friday condemned “within the strongest attainable phrases immediately’s terrorist assault”, spokesman Farhan Haq stated in an announcement.

The White Home despatched its condolences to the victims of the “horrible” taking pictures. “The photographs are simply horrible and simply arduous to observe,” Nationwide Safety Council spokesman John Kirby informed reporters. 

Chinese language President Xi Jinping “strongly condemned” the assault and despatched his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Xi “pressured that China opposes all types of terrorism, strongly condemns the terrorist assault and firmly helps the Russian authorities’s efforts to safeguard its nationwide safety and stability”, Xinhua information company stated.
