MANILA, Philippines: Sweden’s defence chief has expressed alarm over Beijing’s repeated harmful manoeuvres towards Philippine vessels within the South China Sea, saying such actions threaten safety, undermine stability and underscore the necessity to make investments ‘for our safety and freedom”.
