Taylor Swift has donated US$5 million to Feeding America to assist aid efforts within the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
The nonprofit introduced the pop star’s donation Wednesday with a “Thank You” graphic resembling a friendship bracelet, a favorite accent that Swift’s followers commerce at her concert events.
Feeding America is “extremely grateful” for the donation, CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot stated in an announcement.
“This contribution will assist communities rebuild and recuperate, offering important meals, clear water, and provides to individuals affected by these devastating storms,” the assertion continued. “Collectively, we are able to make an actual affect in supporting households as they navigate the challenges forward.”
