53-year-old libertarian politician Javier Milei was sworn in as Argentina’s president on Sunday.

Tens of hundreds of supporters and international dignitaries gathered in Buenos Aires to get a glimpse of the favored new chief.

Milei has vowed to confront many years of overspending, debt and convoluted foreign money controls in Latin America’s third-largest economic system. He hopes to rescue the Argentinian economic system after many years of leftist destruction

After the swearing-in ceremony, Milei led lots of of hundreds of supporters in chants of “Viva la Livertad!”
