PARIS: The European Union will reply to US President Donald Trump’s newest tariffs announcement, French Overseas Minister Jean-Noel Barrot stated on Monday (Feb 10).
Barrot advised TF1 tv that France and its European companions shouldn’t hesitate to defend their pursuits within the face of the US tariff threats.
Trump stated on Sunday that he would introduce new 25 per cent tariffs on all metal and aluminium imports into the US, on prime of present metals duties, in one other main escalation of his commerce coverage overhaul.
