Re: “Sound Transit fare ambassadors checking in case you paid, however properly” [Nov. 27, Northwest]:
Why doesn’t the Sound Transit Board perceive that the fare ambassador program is a fruitless train, from awkward human interplay to a zero probability that nonpaying prospects will really pay the fare to the continued value of utilizing fare ambassadors?
Whereas not an ideal resolution, why not set up ticket turnstiles like a majority of different transit techniques and be performed with this dilemma?
