Georgia Senator Colton Moore was arrested after making an attempt to enter the Georgia Capitol throughout a joint session on Thursday.
Senator Moore was banned from the Home Chamber final 12 months after he made insulting remarks about late Home Speaker David Ralston.
The Georgia Senator claimed the order banning him doesn’t apply to a joint session of the Normal Meeting so he tried to enter the Capitol.

Colton Moore was violently shoved to the bottom earlier than Georgia State Patrol arrested him.

Moore was taken to the Fulton County jail. Any fees filed towards Moore weren’t instantly disclosed.
Senator Moore went to the hospital to have his hand x-rayed after he was assaulted.
