The Home of Representatives on Tuesday handed a invoice banning transgender athletes (organic males) from competing in woman’s sports activities at faculties that obtain federal funding.

The Trump-backed invoice launched by GOP Rep. Greg Steube dubbed the “Safety of Ladies and Ladies in Sports activities Act,” handed the Home 218 to 206.

Each Republican voted “yea” – Two Democrats joined Republicans and voted “yea.”

“The invoice, often called the “Safety of Ladies and Ladies in Sports activities Act,” would amend Title IX, the federal regulation banning intercourse discrimination in faculties, to acknowledge an individual’s “intercourse” as “primarily based solely on an individual’s reproductive biology and genetics at start.” Faculties who permit “an individual whose intercourse is male to take part in an athletic program or exercise that’s designated for ladies or women” danger shedding federal funding.” – CBS Information reported.
