Friedman proposes a three-pronged technique for the president to handle the widening disaster within the Center East, which he calls the “Biden Doctrine.” The strategy would deal with retaliating in opposition to Iran’s proxies within the area and supporting a Palestinian state. If profitable, Friedman believes this plan might result in the creation of a “credible, legit, efficient, demilitarized Palestinian state that may dwell in peace and safety with Israel.”
