Re: “Mark Mullet says $1M ‘buy-in’ deal by Washington Dems favors Bob Ferguson” [April 27, A1]:
I’m new to the Pacific Northwest and a reasonable unaffiliated voter. It seems that with its pay-to-play early “buy-in” to the celebration’s 2024 “Coordinated Marketing campaign,” the state Democratic Celebration, led by Chair Shasti Conrad, is pulling a Trump marketing campaign transfer. (It expects a 5% charge from Republicans who use the previous president for fundraising.)
Get-out-the-vote efforts are good and admirable, and are wanted. However in my view, it’s a sketchy transfer to solicit or extract wanted funds from the first campaigns which may be wanted within the common election.
Promote all of the candidates or none and be balanced, and also you’ll have a greater probability of getting this unaffiliated impartial voter’s vote come the Aug. 6 main and on Election Day on Nov. 5.
And to all, please vote!
