To the editor: Your article, “Trump vows to be ‘finest buddy’ to Jewish People, as allegations of ally’s antisemitism floor,” actually combines two tales into one. It reviews on North Carolina Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson and former President Trump’s look at a donor occasion.

The article ends with this sentence: “He added that if he loses the election to her on Nov. 5, ‘the Jewish folks would actually have loads to do with that.’”

How is that not antisemitism? Trump is consistently trying to blame anybody however himself for his shortcomings and failures. He has contributed a lot to the rise of hate speech, xenophobia and antisemitism.

American Jews are American first, and most will vote for what’s finest for the U.S. — and definitely that’s not Trump.

To the editor: Trump says that if he loses this election, it’s partly due to the Jews.

It’s scary to assume what his rhetoric will unleash. He’s giving his ardent followers yet one more excuse for what could also be his failures as a candidate. His phrases have the potential to unleash the worst assault on Jews conceivable.

Is Trump an antisemite, or is he simply completely unaware of the hatred he’s unleashing?
